JULLAI

Jullai spent 20 years working with a wide diversity of learners profile, from students to seniors, inmates to professionals and noticed that participants exhibit different behaviours or even personalities when they are presenting.  It is this "difference" that he discovered solutions and alignments for his participants to effect radical changes and results in their lives.

His entrepreneurial journey as a pioneer team member to set up and manage the chain restaurants ThaiExpress & Pine from 2003 to 2006 contributed to The ThaiExpress Group eventual growth of a restaurant chain of 100 outlets, 5 brands and annual revenue of SGD100M.

​

He also developed a service excellence model "The Restaurant Hospitality" that created a highly energised & motivated service staff and also same store-sales of 9%.  Consistency, compliance and sustainability are key considerations in the curriculum design.

​

Currently he is boot-starting a cleaning company through setting up leadership and people management processes.  It has achieved a $500,000 revenue entity in 6 months.
